Quang Binh caving and farmstay 4 Days

Transfer from Dong Hoi train station to Chay Lap village, a 45 minute drive just outside the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. After arriving at the village, you will then be welcomed by a local family at the local house. Your stay for two nights is in a traditional, yet comfortable house built intricately using the local available resources. This will enable you to have a comfortable stay in the local home-stay experience.

Explore the charming Son River by kayak, flowing upstream past Chay Lap Farmstay. Experience your freedom, be encompassed by the picturesque scenery of river and mountains, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside. Option to join outdoor activities like ziplining, swimming, discovering Dark Cave, and taking a mineral muddy bath in Vietnam.

Seeing green mountains, emerald river, and paddy fields are such breathtaking moments. Here you can encounter a very different and interesting side of Phong Nha.

Lunch at Dark Cave restaurant with some local specialty foods then kayak back to Chay Lap Farmstay’s boat station. Tour ends in beautiful Chay Lap Farmstay. Feel free to relax by the pool or lay out and soak in the scenery.

Overnight at Chay Lap Rustic Farmstay (superior twin/double room with air con)

This morning, cycling from Chay Lap Farmstay to visit the Vietnamese cottages which are features of Central Vietnam. Roaming on dirt trails through the rice fields and enjoying the fresh air, you will have the chance to see the spectacular view of Ke Bang Karst Mountains accompanied by the beauty of the primary forest, farmers plowing with lovely buffaloes, and winding rivers as well. Aside from relaxing in the surrounding nature, you also have the opportunity to immerse yourself into the cultural life of Chay Lap village or experience the cultivation of local people here.

Afternoon, travel to Phong Nha Cave. Cruise along the Son River directly into the heart of Vietnam’s second largest cave, stretching almost 8 kilometers underground and with 14 intricate grottoes. Travel along the subterranean river through one of the world’s largest limestone structures

After breakfast, transfer 6.5 hours to Danang. Visit Tha Om Garden House in Hue Imperial City and its owner, Mr Vinh. Explore the traditional 19th century Hue residence and listen to Mr Vinh’s stories of his royal heritage. Stop for lunch at Tha Om Garden house before heading to Danang.

Tour ends in Danang Airport or choice of extension to Hoi An Ancient Town.
